"432 Hertz" 432 is a multiple of 108, ie: 108 x 4 = 432. Since 432 is based on 108, an anointed number,  and since the biology of our existence is defined by the pure cascading ratios of the Fibonacci Sequence (1-1-2-3-5-8-13-21-34 etc) it gives credence to the fact that 432 Cycles Per Second does indeed speak directly to our Cells. INNER AWAKENING: We all have those moments where we CATCH something about ourselves that we don't like, may feel a little embarrassed about or have an inner reaction to. Catching the moment is a point of AWAKENING. It may take us by surprise to really SEE an old repeated behaviour and awakening holds a certain accountability to our soul's growth. Once we SEE it, we can no longer UNSEE it. There i s a mini GROWTH SPURT that occurs in our consciousness and an invitation to change for our highest self. It may be where we catch ourselves over giving, over accommodating, diminishing ourself in front of others, or behaving the same way we are accusing another of in an argument. Catching ourself in the act is a Hallelujah moment where we're called by the Universe to rise up and smell the cosmic coffee. COMPASSION is the key here.
