Μπορούμε μέσα απο διαλογισμό να καθαρίσουμε και ανοίξουμε τα Τσάκρας μας. Στο Youtube και γενικά στο web μπορούμε να βρούμε πληροφορίες, δασκάλους και βοηθητικά βίντεο για αυτό το θέμα και ο καθένας επιλέγει αυτό που πιστεύει ότι του ταιριάζει. Δεν υπάρχουν περιθώρια ή κανόνες. Μια τεχνική είναι βάζοντας αν θέλουμε μουσική διαλογισμού ή ήχους φύσης ή καθόλου ήχο. Συνήθως όμως η συχνότητα ήχου βοηθάει, είτε είναι φύσης είτε μουσική διαλογισμού, χαλαρωτική, ή κλασσική. Μετά καλούμε τον Αρχάγγελο Μέτατρον να μας βοηθήσει στον καθαρισμό, αφού είναι και ο αρμόδιος για καθαρισμό των τσάκρα, έπειτα καλούμε και τον Αρχάγγελο Μιχαήλ όπου μπορεί να μας βοηθήσει να αποβάλουμε όποιεσδήποτε φοβίες και μπλοκαρίσματα μας κρατάνε πίσω απο το να βιώσουμε ανιδιοτελή αγάπη.
