Most People think that eating meat gives them strength, protein and or energy! Owh well that is the biggest lie and Propaganda human race ever faced! People Wake Up! For all the Humanity and For All the Animals Eating meat not only don't give you any health benefits, actually it is the opposite.Almost all the health problems that we humans come to deal with comes by eating meat. Its quite simple.You can not expect health when you kill someone and eat their dead body.That food is dead not alive. How can it give you any health benefit? It is so logical and simple and yet some people don't realize that. I could't realize that as well for years. If we understand that what we know so far comes from societal programming then you restart your mind and heart to see what is true. By connecting to our selves and what really must be done for a better world ( Since all are complaining about world problems, then that means we all want something better) then definitely stop eating
