Όταν μαθαίνει να χειρίζεται το σπαθί, ο πολεμιστής του φωτός ανακαλύπτει πως ο εξοπλισμός του πρέπει να ολοκληρωθεί, πράγμα που συμπεριλαμβάνει και μια πανοπλία.  Έτσι ξεκινά αναζητώντας την πανοπλία και ακούει τις προτάσεις των διαφόρων πωλητών. "Χρησιμοποίησε τον θώρακα της μοναξιάς", λέει ο ένας. "Χρησιμοποίησε την ασπίδα του κυνισμού" φωνάζει ένας άλλος. "Η καλύτερη πανοπλία είναι να μην αφήνεις τίποτα να σε εμπλέκει", δηλώνει ένας τρίτος.  Ο πολεμιστής όμως, δεν ακούει. Με ηρεμία, πηγαίνει στο ιερό μέρος του και ντύνεται τον ακατάλυτο μανδύα της πίστης. Η φύση προφυλάσσει απ' όλα τα χτυπήματα. Η πίστη μεταβάλλει το δηλητήριο σε κρυστάλλινο νερό.
